Family Movies
The Rialto Theater Center, 228 E. Fourth St., will offer family movies at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. on most Tuesdays, June 10-July 29.
The lineup includes:
• June 10: “Lady and the Tramp.”
• June 24: “Hook.”
• July 1: “Toy Story.”
• July 8: “Moana.”
• July 15: “Inside Out.”
• July 29: “A Bug’s Life.”

Kids on the Plaza
Kids on the Plaza will bring midday fun for children to downtown Loveland at noon-2 p.m. every Wednesday, June 11-Aug. 6, at Foundry Plaza, Second and Third streets between Lincoln and Cleveland avenues.
The sessions will feature free kids’ activities including lawn games with city of Loveland Parks & Recreation; splash pad, arts and crafts, live music and entertainment, performances by local dance groups and music schools and giveaways.

History Talk
The Loveland Historical Society will hear a program on “Colorado’s Ignominious Days of the KKK” at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, June 12, at the Loveland Museum, 503 N. Lincoln Ave.
Sharon Danhauer will present the program
Colorado once had the second-largest Ku Klux Klan membership of any state in the United States. The 1924 state elections brought a resurgence of the KKK’s power far west of its traditional concentration in the Deep South.
Danhauer will discuss how and why that happened.
The program is free and open to the public; donations are accepted.

55 & Better Expo
The 55 & Better Expo will take place at 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Wednesday, June 11, at the Chilson Senior Center, 700 E. Fourth St.
The expo will offer tips, advice, and the latest trends in health and nutrition, financial and retirement planning, lifestyle, leisure, fitness, home care, real estate – from active adult communities to assisted living facilities – and more.
No registration is required, and admission and parking are free.

Summer Concerts
2025 Summer Concerts in the Pioneer Courtyard at the Little Thompson Valley Pioneer Museum, 224 Mountain Ave., will start on June 11 with Strangebyrds.
The lineup continues with Sugar Britches on June 25 and Once Upon a tune on July 16.
Admission to the first three concerts is free, though donations are welcomed to support local history and live music.
Additionally, a special fundraising concert is planned Aug. 6.

Free Movie Nights
The town of Wellington will offer a “Movie Night in the Parks” series set to kick off Saturday, June 7, with “Kung Fu Panda” at Wellington Community Park, 8760 Buffalo Creek Parkway. Games start at 7:30 p.m. and the movie at 8:30 p.m.
The series continues with:
• “Kicking and Screaming” on July 18 at Centennial Park, 3815 Harrison Ave., with games at 7:30 p.m. and movie at 8:30 p.m.
• “Shrek” on August 8 at Centennial Park, with games at 7 p.m. and movie at 8 p.m.
• “Teenage Kraken” on Sep. 5 at Wellville Park, 4200 Halleck Lane, with games at 6:30 p.m. and movie at 7:30 p.m.
Details of the final two Movie Nights — one later in September and one in October — will be announced later.
Attendees should bring their own chairs or blankets to sit on. Animals are not allowed with the exception of service animals.
